Website Design, Hosting & Maintenance Agreement

Our standard one-page website package costs $497, plus applicable taxes.

It includes a professionally designed, mobile-friendly website, basic website functionality, a contact form, basic SEO setup, domain connection assistance, and up to two rounds of reasonable revisions.

Additional pages, advanced features, extensive content creation, and major redesigns are not included unless separately agreed upon.

Our standard Website Care & Hosting plan costs $30 per month, plus applicable taxes.

When purchased with the initial website package, the subscription has an initial 30-day period with no monthly charge. The first $30 payment is scheduled 30 calendar days after checkout, followed by automatic monthly billing until canceled.

The billing schedule begins from the checkout date, not the website launch date, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing.

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, including contact details, services, pricing, hours, service areas, and other relevant content.

The client confirms that they own or have permission to use any submitted logos, photos, testimonials, reviews, text, and other materials.

I Know It Studios may refuse to publish content that appears unlawful, misleading, or improperly licensed.

Before launch, the client will have an opportunity to review the completed website and request revisions within the agreed scope.

The website will not be intentionally published as the client's completed website until final launch approval has been obtained.

By approving the website, the client confirms that they have reviewed and authorized the approved business content for publication.

I Know It Studios does not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, website traffic, customer inquiries, phone calls, leads, sales, revenue, or business growth.

We provide website design and related services, not guaranteed marketing or financial results.

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase, subject to project progress:

• Before work begins: 100% refund.
• Partially completed website: Up to 50% refund, depending on work completed and nonrecoverable costs.
• Substantially completed website: Refunds may be reduced or denied.
• After 30 days and website handoff: No refunds once the website has been delivered and approved, except as required by law.

Hosting & Maintenance: The $30/month subscription may be canceled anytime through Stripe or by emailing info@iknowitstudios.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the original website fee. Previously paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.

Canceling the $30/month hosting and maintenance subscription will result in the website being taken offline when the paid hosting period ends, unless compatible alternative hosting has been arranged.

Clients retain ownership of their business information, logos, original content, and domain names.

Websites created by I Know It Studios are built on specific technology and can only be transferred to compatible hosting platforms that support the website's underlying code and functionality.

Websites cannot be directly transferred to Wix, Shopify, Weebly, or similar DIY website builders. Rebuilding a website on these platforms would require a separate service.

Website transfers are subject to technical compatibility and third-party platform limitations. A $250 migration assistance fee applies when technical transfer services are requested and agreed upon.

There is no fee simply to cancel hosting or obtain copies of client-owned content.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of their business information and the materials they provide or approve.

I Know It Studios remains responsible for its own contractual obligations and any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
