  • Discussing and providing requested services
  • Website administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Security and preventing misuse of the website or contact form
  • Understanding how visitors use the site, only if you accept analytics cookies

Who may receive information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run this website, such as:

  • Our website hosting and database provider, which stores contact form submissions
  • Our email delivery provider, which sends the inquiry notice to us and a confirmation email to you

Payments made through the "Buy" button on our homepage are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights or safety.

Cookies and similar technologies

We ask before using analytics cookies, and Google Analytics never loads if you deny them. Your cookie choice and any accessibility settings are saved in your own browser. See the Cookie Policy for details.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, and then delete it.
