The IKI Studios website and its materials, including design, original branding, logos, text, graphics, reusable components, templates, frameworks, pre-existing code, internal processes, and proprietary assets, belong to IKI Studios or its licensors.

Third-party and client materials belong to their respective owners. Demo businesses shown on this site are for illustration only. Ownership and licensing of client project materials are governed by the applicable client agreement, not by these terms.

You may view and share pages from this site for personal or business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute website content or design without written permission, or use the site in any unlawful way, to send spam, or to interfere with its operation.

This site links to and relies on third-party services such as social media platforms, hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics (with your consent), and Google Fonts. IKI Studios designs websites intended to help businesses establish an online presence and make their information easy to find. We do not guarantee Google rankings, first-page results, website traffic, leads, sales, revenue increases, customer acquisition, search performance, uptime, or third-party platform availability.

SEO. We may provide basic SEO setup. Search performance depends on factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms and policies, competition, location, search behavior, website content, business reputation, and third-party platforms.

Google Business Profile. Where we help with Google-related integrations, Google controls verification decisions, suspensions, search results, platform policies, and platform changes. We cannot guarantee Google Business Profile performance.

Hosting depends on third-party infrastructure, and outages of third-party platforms are outside our direct control. Website Care is not unlimited redesign or development. New pages, major functionality changes, e-commerce, custom applications, and advanced SEO or marketing may require separate services unless specifically included in a client agreement.

Website transfers may be subject to technical and third-party platform limitations, and not every website can be moved to every host or platform. Transfer pricing and deliverables are set by the applicable client agreement.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IKI Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
